Today's rockin' blogger is jen, from cheaper than therapy. Many of you recommended her, and I had to totally agree. I recently found her blog through ecards (imagine that!) and really enjoy reading her posts. She graciously found the time to answer a few questions, so without further delay....
me : How long have you been blogging, and did someone inspire you to start your blog?
jen : I've been blogging since March, 2008. I had been reading blogs such as Pioneer Woman, I am Bossy, and Ramblings of a Red-Headed Step-Child for about a year and was inspired to start an online scrapbook/diary for myself.
me : How would you categorize your blog?
jen : I'm a mom blogger. I talk about my kids, my neuroses, and my passions which all go hand in hand.
me : Describe yourself in 3 words.
jen : Passionate, Indecisive, Self-Conscious
me : I saw you have over 200 followers! Do you follow their blogs, and if so, where do you find the time to visit everyone?
jen : I follow about 3/4 of those blogs. Time is the only obstacle for getting to the other 1/4. I blog/read in the early a.m., during naptime, and at night. It's currently my only hobby at the moment.
me : How much time do you spend blogging each day?
jen: A few hours.
me : Do you ever refer to your "blog friends" by name to your "everyday friends", and how do they react?
jen : I have a handful of IRL friends that are also bloggers so they 'get it.' My other friends just laugh, most of them at least know what i'm talking about.
me : What is your favorite post you have written, and why is it your favorite?
jen : Yikes, just one? Well how about a series. I wrote a bunch called K-lish---language from my 2.5 year old baby K. I love having a dictionary of the sweet gibberish she speaks now to look back upon.
me : What do you think it is that sets your blog apart from all the other blogs out there?
jen : I'm not sure. I'm just an average mom of 3 who needs therapy, but loves life. Maybe many can relate?! :)
me : Who are some of your favorite bloggers?
jen : Barefoot Foodie, Ann...Again and Again, Half-Past Kissin' Time, Happy Meals and Happy Hour. This ladies make me laugh til I cry, and are just great women that I KNOW I would be friends with IRL!
me : Your blog is very visual. Do you use pictures on every post?
jen : I'd say 3/4 of my posts have photos or clipart in them. It's something that get's my attention just as much as the content of the story in the post.
me : What else do you want to share about yourself?
jen : I've been saying it alot lately but I love blogging because it encompasses so much. I'm a people person and enjoy the fascinating lives of others, it's like real-life books to read everyday. Thanks for this opportunity Jenn! ;)

Thinks for interviewing one of my favorite bloggers. I think she is funny because she is natural and unpretentious.
