The Doctor Is Still Out

Nobody seems to know what the hell is wrong with me, besides the obvious. Obesity. Ya think? I coulda told you that!Hyper tension. This is a new one for me. Tonight my BP was 147/92. Apparently, that's lower than last week, but still high. I always check my BP at Wal-Mart, and it's always been normal, so this kinda came out of the blue for me.Okay my friends, it's boob talk time. Luckily, I saw the same NP tonight that I saw last time, and unfortunately, she seems to think my breast looks worse. I think it looks the same, but I see it everyday. I now have to see the specialist, a surgeon, and have an ultrasound done. I again asked if this is something I need to be overly concerned with, and she assures me she doesn't think it is cancer. She just can't tell me exactly what it is. I have to call tomorrow for my appointments, so I'll keep you updated. I also have to go have bloodwork done. They want to check for infection, lipids, and the hypertension. Fun stuff really, considering I hate needles!On the plus side, they gave me a hospital gown today, insted of a square of toilet paper to cover up with. That was nice. But, seriously, send good thoughts my way, and if you can, say a little prayer that everything turns out okay.
