Meatballs

I am going to make meatballs tomorrow, and I am looking for a new recipe. I usually just throw the ingredients into the bowl without measuring, and they come out pretty good.

Now I want to find a recipe for AWESOME meatballs. Do you have one to share with me? Do you have a favorite website you go to for your recipes?

I wish I could help you but like you, I too am in the habit of throwing stuff together. Maybe you could try googling, I've found some pretty good recipes from searches. Good luck!

Hi Jenn,
Oh my those meatballs are making me hungry.

I will share but please keep in mind we were very young and it was the early 80's.

We both met at a local private bar which was also the neighborhood hang out.

I actually didn't remember meeting him the first time. But, he went to work the next day and told his best friend that he had met the girl he was going to marry for life.

My best girlfriend at the time was the bartender there. I worked in sales at a very nice department store.

well she called me one late one afternoon to say that Walter would like to me there that night.

I told her I already had a date for the evening and also had to ask her to describe him to me as I didn't remember him.

She had known him for about a year and assured me he was a terrific guy and I would be safe.

I tried to postpone the meeting until the next evening but he was stubborn and insistent. he told her to tell me that he would wait until 10pm for me to show and if I didn't he would have his answer.

Something inside of me, really deep inside told me to go. I now know it was clearly God talking to me.

I broke my date and went to meet him. We got married 6 months later and have been together since our very 1st date almost 30 years ago.

We are very happy and even more in love today than when we first met.

That's our story. We were just simply meant to be together. We are very lucky and very blessed!!

I hope you have a terrific weekend!

Jackie - Junior and I met on Dec 22, 1994, and were married June 22, 1995, exactly 6 months later. It's been 14 years, and we're still going strong. I know we will make it to 30, which is unusual these days, sad to say.

You have a great weekend, too!

Hey Jenn. I covered my special meatballs recipe at my blog, WowChowCooking.com. It's an old Italian recipe, passed on to me. It's a different kind of recipe, where the meatballs are boiled, not baked. I like them soft and luscious. Check it out if you want.
