Junior and I decided today that when our lease is up in February, we are going to move. I really want a three bedroom place, and we have been looking around, checking out prices. As usual, Junior is checking out louisiana real estate because he wants to move out of state, but I am not sure about that. I would rather stay here, but we have to go where we can afford to live comfortably. I am tired of living from paycheck to paycheck. I spent today filling out applications online, so if I can find a job, we can hopefully afford a nicer place.
Keep your fingers crossed for me.

We are doing the same thing. We don't have a real lease with our landlord - it's month to month - but we've been here for 14 years and I'm just tired of it. Unfortunately, with our employment situation, it's hard to move. We have a bit of security here because the landlord knows us so if we need an extension on the rent, he's okay with it.
