Working As A CNA

When I first met my husband, he delivered appliances. He worked 9 to 5, and hated it. When we found out we were expecting Ryan, he knew he wanted to better himself, so he took classes to become a certified nursing assistant. The pay was much better, and he was able to find a job at a nursing home where he worked double shifts on weekends, and had the rest of the week off. This worked well until they changed his hours. He needed to find cna jobs that allowed him to work third shift, and he ended up working for a staffing agency. I will tell you right now that that was the biggest mistake he could have made. The owner of the agency was keeping more than his fair share of the money, and he never sent out tax papers, so we had a hard time filing our taxes that year. It wasn't long after that when Junior started working for the chemical plant. He doesn't regret his time as a CNA, but I don't think he will ever work that kind of job again.
