Yard Sale-ing

This morning I decided I wanted to go find some yard sales. I knew Nicole was having one, so we stopped there first. Her Grandma had some awesome elephants, but I didn't have $27 to spend. We went to about 6 other yard sales, and I did find these boots for Brandi. Wanna guess how much? $1.00. I couldn't believe it. They are a little big, so she may have to wait until next year to wear them, but dude, who passes up a deal like that? Not me.

I also found these jars. Not exactly sure what to do with them, but they were $.25 each, so I got them.

I also found these pumpkin place mats. $.25 each, and I got four. I figured they could go on my coffee and end tables during the party. No water rings, yeah!

I found these glow in the dark buckets, again..... $.25 each. They had 3, and I haven't figured out what to do with them, but the kids can trick~or~treat with them too.

And finally..... Okay. I found these in the Dollar Tree. They are plastic, and I'm gonna fill them with candy and give them as the prizes for all the games we're planning. I only got 3, but Junior says I should go get more, and do the "counting game" with the plastic instead of the glass jars. He makes sense. I guess I'll give the glass jars as the adult prizes.

I also found Brandi some clothes. She got a pair of jean shorts, jean overalls (shorts) and a super cute pair of pink capri's with a matching flowered shirt. I'll be sure to post pictures when she wears them. I got 18 glass christmas balls for $1.50. I know what the teachers are getting for Christmas this year. Junior found himself a huge fishing pole. Paid $20 for it, but it is a nice one.I think that's about it. Oh, Nicole called and said her aunt is selling some yarn, so I'm gonna get that as well. All in all, a good day.Nicole is gonna come do my hair later. I might post a picture of that.MIGHT!
