3 More Days
I go back to the boob doctor on thursday. For those of you who are new, I have a swollen left boob that is driving me nuts. Ultrasounds, mammograms and bloodwork all came back fine, so they have no idea what is wrong with me. The doctor decided to wait three months, then decide what to do. My three months are up thursday, and nothing has changed. I no longer have pain, but it is still swollen. I'm kinda secretly hoping for a reduction, but now with hubby's surgery looming, it probably won't happen. I'm not too worried about it.

Jeez...I hope that they can figure out what's going on with your boobie! Because you aren't having any pain I'm wondering if it's just a swollen/irritated duct, but I'm sure it'd be nice to hear from a qualified doctor what the hell is going on.
Wishing you the best hon...my thoughts are with you!

Definitely would be nice to know what is the cause though, right?
I have swollen nodes in each armpit which drive me nuts hoping the new doctor will do more than have me go for annual mammograms, the discomfort is unbearable some days.

Ugh...I hate boobs. Just cute 'em both off! I have had a swollen thing on my boob before, but your whole boob is swollen?? Ouch. I really hope it's better so soon.

I didn't know what was going on and yes, I will admit I'm one of the dumb ones who kept checking in but didn't scroll down to realize you'd been posting, I thought you hadn't DUH!!
I'm catching up now, but after reading this & your TT I think a reduction is what you need to. I know two that had it deemed medically neccessary so their insurance paid for it and they are so much better off, pain free for one!
