McDouble What?

The other night, we stopped at McDonald's to get a late supper. Hubby and Ryan ran in while me and the girls waited in the car.

When he came out, he said that they had raised the price of their double cheeseburgers to $1.19, from the $1 we have been paying for years.

He did notice, after ordering, that they now offer a McDouble.

He asked what it was, since it was only $1.

A McDouble is a double cheeseburger with only one slice of cheese, instead of the two slices on a normal double cheeseburger.

That is the stupidest thing I have heard in a while.

$.19 for a piece of cheese?

Crazy!

That is stupid! But... Sonic, Jack in the Box, Whataburger, and Burger King all charge .40 for a piece of cheese on a burger. At least down here they do.

That is crazy! We don't go there often. My 2nd son does, I have to ask him if he has heard of this or missed the cheese.

Fast food is getting so expensive these days isn't it. We took the kids to A&W on Sunday and it cost $30 for all four of us to eat. :o(
