Thursday Thirteen ~ 14

It's Ryan's Birthday!!!!

My little man is 13. I can not believe it! It seems like only yesterday that he was a newborn. So, in honor of my son, here are 13 things about ryan:

1. He was bron nov. 6, 1995, by c-section, after 36 hours of labor.

2. He weighed 8 pounds and 13 ounces.

3. He looked like a cone head baby when he came out.

4. He was the first grandcild on my side of the family, and my mom and sisters considered him their child.

5. He was an only child for 18 months, and hated his sister when I brought here home.

6. Now he is fiercely protective of both of his sisters.

7. He is my only son, and my most sensitive child.

8. Even though he is turning 13, he will still hug and kiss me in public.

9. He will also tell me he loves me in front of his friends.

10. He loves spending time with his dad, and luckily they get to do a lot of things together.

11. He has such a good heart. He is kind and helpful, enough so that his teachers have emailed me saying good things about him. That makes me so proud!

12. He was diagnosed with ADHD in 2003, ( I originally had 1993, but that would have made him -2! lol!) and has been doing great ever since.

13. I thank God every day that He has allowed me to be ryan's mom!
