Kasi is home today. She's not sick, just taking a personal day.Actually, her whole class had field trip today that I refused to pay for, so instead of sitting in one room all day doing work with the other kids who didn't go, I let her stay home.
They were going to see a FREE play that they wanted each kid to pay $25 for ~ so they could eat fast food afterwards. Sorry, but not happening.
She didn't really care, either, since she gets a day to lay on the couch and watch SAW3.

good for you... i wouldn't pay $25 for a FREE play and fast food... not happening... we can almost feed a family of 5 for $25... okay well maybe 30 but whatever that is crazy.
she looks pretty happy anyway... and it is nice to have a day home... just you and her and some tv time... everyone needs that every now and then. :)

And $25 for LUNCH? Maybe for my whole family!! Well 5 of us ate at McDonald's today for under $12 so why so much? That just makes no sense to me, I agree I wouldn't have paid it either.
