If you are friends with Kasi on facebook, this is to let you know I deleted her account.
She did a very irresponsible thing, and gave out her username/password to her friend.
Am I being to harsh? I don't think so.
That friend could decide to tell her friend, who tells their friends, and so on and so on.
I wish I could figure out a way to show her the dangers of the internet.
Any ideas?

Its so hard to teach a kid the Dangers of the internet. It doesn't seem to be "real life" and they think there is no consequence.
I just read today of a 14 year old girl being charged with child pornography for posting pictures of herself online.
I'm right there with you. Hope she eventually understands and doesn't get "sneaky" on ya'. Hang in there!
Heck Aurora is 15 and I don't let her use Instant Messenger and I have her Facebook log in information so I can check it everyday to make sure there isn't anything inappropriate on her wall. You can never be too careful when it comes to our kids.
I had the same problem with Sam on Myspace...She was giving out her damn cell # on her PROFILE!!! Now, she has no myspace and no cell phone, lol! It's KILLIN her too! We all think in the back of our minds that nothing bad will ever happen..even the kiddos. UNTIL, something bad does..I'm right there with ya girlie!
AMEN Crystal!!! I am so with ya! Ask any parent that something like this has happen to their child and the first thing they say is, they didn't think it could happen to them!
Alex likes Ruinscape(sp?) Anyways it has a chat on their screen and thats when we sat down and talked with him.He hasn't ever chatted but we wanted to make sure he knew what was up! He only gets to play when we are right there beside him and he can't chat with anyone!
It was so funny seeing his face when we told him that a pretty girl character, that sounds like a girl character could be an old wrinkled naked dirty old man sitting at a computer wanting to talk to little boys....we don't worry about Alex talking to anyone on Ruinscape...ever...lol!
