Buying A Car

I have been seeing a lot of car commercials on television lately. Most talk about how now is the time to buy or lease a new car, and that if you lose your job, they will make the payments for you. I'm not sure I believe that. We had a local car dealership say that you could lock in a payment on a new car, and trade it in every year for a new car, and the payment would never increase.
