My Wedding

Most of you may know that I want to have a real wedding someday. Junior and I were married at the courthouse when I was five months pregnant. I never got to wear the white dress or walk down the aisle. We always said we would do it on our 10th wedding anniversary, but that came and went a few years ago. I am hoping on our 20th we can have the wedding of my dreams.

I was looking at wedding favors, just for fun, and found these cute little bells. At the reception, they can be used as place card holders, and then at home they can hold pictures. I love that idea! I have enough picture frames and candles, as I am sure everyone does. I want my favors to be something different, something people will enjoy using.

I never had dreams of a big wedding, or any kind of wedding actually. Planning was really hard because I didn't really know what I wanted. Those bells are kind of cute, though. I might have wanted those if I'd seen them.

Anyway, we had a wedding. It was good. It was simple. The truth is, the wedding is just one day - sure, an excuse to throw a big party - but just one day. The important thing is the marriage and the life you have together. You've got that pretty good!

I like the new kid pictures in the header!
