Goodbye Remotes

This afternoon, Brandi wanted to watch a movie. She picked out a DVD, I think it was one of the HSM movies, and asked me to play it for her. This led to an all out hunt for the DVD remote. In this house, nothing is ever where it belongs. After a ten minute search, the remote was found, and I put the movie on. This is a feat in and of itself, and requires the use of the television remote. I can never remember what channel the TV needs to be on to play DVD's. It would be so much easier if one channel played all the different electronics. I know that will never happen, so I will settle for one remote that will control everything, from the TV and VCR, to the cable box and DVD player, and everything in between. Right now we use these:
