Last year's party was awesome! Both Kasi and Ryan invited friends, and it was the first time we had a co ed party. I think it made the party more interesting for the kids. They are at that age where they want boyfriends and girlfriends, so there was a lot of flirting going on, which was pretty funny considering the kids were only 12 and 13 years old. I told Ryan he should invite girls again this year, but he said he has to think about it.
I remember it rained so hard at last years party, too, so the kids couldn't do all the things I had planned. I am hoping for better weather this year, so that the kids can be outside. I need to think of some new Halloween themed games. Any suggestions?

I entered his picture into the "Jack's Quest", which is a contest where people can vote for the best posted adventure picture. You can follow the link below to vote for Ryan's picture, or check out quest.halloweenadventure.com to submit your own adventure. Winners will receive gift certificates to the site, to spend on another awesome costume for this year.

I have to admit, I really, really, really dislike Halloween. We don't do much. We go trick or treating but really, it is a stretch for me to actually get through it. I'm glad that you guys are enjoying it and all of the festivities! Me, I'd be happy to just sit and watch the Great Pumpkin!
I'm not sure what we'll be doing. I love watching the scary movies that most of the stations have scheduled for that ghoulish night. My 8 year old will probably want to to out and trick or treat...I'm never been into the door to door thing. We usually go to the shopping mall and participate in whatever festivities are going on for the kids.
I guess Hubby and I could go trick or treating...'ya think??Hahaa...hughugs
I love Halloween. I will go vote for Ryan.
We're having our first ever Halloween party this year. A bunch of 10 and 13 year olds--help! I'd love to know what games your kids played and didn't consider "dorky".
