Buying A New Television

Do you have any idea how hard it is to buy a television these days? What happened to the days when you went into the store, and the only thing you had to worry about was the size of the television you wanted. Now they have flat screens, digital, high definition, and plasma tvs.

We need a new television, and plan on buying one after we move. Buying one now is pointless, because we would just have to move it in a couple of months. We are going to wait, and do our research so we can make an informed decision, and find the best deal. I know Junior wants something big, and I am not opposed to that. I just think it needs to be in proportion with the room. If our living room is on the small side, I do not want a television that is going to overpower it.

I have been looking at a Panasonic plasma TV at Sam's. I know this brand. We have had televisions made by them in the past, and they have a nice selection of sizes to choose from, so hopefully we will be able to find one that fits perfectly in our new place. I am also impressed with their prices.

But let me ask you. Do you have a plasma tv? If so, what brand is it, and are you happy with it? Would you recommend it to someone else? Let me know which brand you think is the best.

I need some help here.

I need a new tv soon too, the picture tube is starting to go on it. Apparantly, my g/f is going on Black Friday to go get a 46 inch one. I don't know, lol. I'm good if it turns on and has a nice picture....oh and works.(that would be a good thing ;) )

We bought a Vizio Plasma @ Wal-Mart when we bought this house 14 months ago, for something like $300-$400? I can't remember exactly but it wasn't extravagant & we love it!!
