Today while running errands, Junior and I met up with a guy who used to work with him. We became friendly with him because he has a son Ryan's age, but we haven't seen him in quite a while. He started telling us about how his wife had fallen in a local fast food restaurant over the weekend, and dislocated her knee. He asked if we had ever hired a lawyer before, because they were thinking about suing the restaurant.
Thankfully, Junior and I have never needed a lawyer. We didn't know what to tell him, except to get online and see who he could find locally. I knew an Orlando Auto Accident Lawyer couldn't help him, because she wasn't hit by a car. Apparently, she slipped on a wet floor coming out of the restroom. I would think that an Orlando Personal Injury Lawyer might be able to help them, if they lived in Florida. I guess that is what they should look for up here.
I know another friend of Junior's used a Florida Medical Malpractice Lawyer when his daughter died, but I think the case was dismissed. Although the doctor was neglectful, he didn't cause her death, so they had no case. I still think it was extremely unfair, but there was nothing else they could do. I am glad Junior and I have never been through something like that.
I hope to keep it that way, too.
