The Next Great Novel Will Not Be Written By Me

I have been reading a lot lately about bloggers who are writing books.  In fact, I am a little surprised at how many of them have either finished books, or are in the process of writing one.  I was also surprised that many of them are complaining about not being able to get published.

I am not writing a book.  I am not disciplined or creative enough.  I would love, however, to be a book editor.  I found an interesting website about Book Editing Services, called Sea Hill Press. I read an article on their front page, and it talked about how finding an editor for your book is important.   It recommends having two editors look at your book, that way you can see where they agree and disagree on things.  Apparently, editing is subjective, aside from grammar and spelling, so having two different opinions can be very helpful.

Sea Hill Press is a "book publishing company that can assist you with an entire turn-key solution with their suite of publishing services, including editing book manuscripts, designing text and covers, publishing books, and creative solutions for printing books".  So for all you bloggers out there trying to get published, check out this site.  They may be able to get you going in the right direction.
