FriendGiftr

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of FriendGiftr. All opinions are 100% mine.
Did you know that you could give someone a gift certificate to use for a Carnival Cruise?   I sure didn't.  I think it is a pretty cool idea, though.  I'm thinking that if I start hinting around now that I want these for every occasion in the next year or so, I might save up enough to buy me a ticket to somewhere tropical.

I would suggest getting the gift cards through FriendGiftr, because that way if I don't get enough gift cards, I can trade in the ones I have for something different.  That's right.  If you give someone a gift card through this site, and that person doesn't like the store you selected for them, they can trade it in for a gift card to the store of their choice.   The best part is that you will never know, so your feelings won't be hurt.  This would work really well for teenagers, because we all know how picky they can be.  It would also allow them to collect a variety of cards, and then trade them all in to use at one store.

There are so many different stores to choose from, too.  You can get cards for retail stores or restaurants.  Believe me when I say there is something for everyone.  The cards come in a variety of denominations, too, from $10 to $100.  You can even buy them from your phone.

Now, I need to get busy dropping hints about the cruise I want to take.

The Perfect Gift

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of FriendGiftr. All opinions are 100% mine.
Father's Day is this weekend, and I have no idea what the kids and I are going to get Junior.  We usually get him tools of some sort, but he is at the point where he has just about every tool he needs, and then some.  Ryan always wants to get him fishing stuff, but I never know what he has or what he needs.

This is where FriendGiftr comes in handy.  I can get Junior a gift card with $10, $20, $25, $35, $50, $75, or $100 on it, to one of 120 different stores.  I would, of course, get him a gift card to Bass Pro Shops.  He has been talking for years about taking a trip to the closest store to us, which happens to be an hour or so away.  I think having a gift card to spend might motivate him a little more to make the trip.

Of course, if he doesn't want to shop at that store, he can trade in his gift card and get one to another store, completely free of charge.  I love this idea, because there have been times I have been given gift cards to stores I never shop at, and I would have loved to trade them in.  That is why from now on, when I give a gift card as a gift, I will use this site.  That way I know that the recipient will be able to get what they want.  I won't even know if they trade it in for something else.  Talk about the perfect gift!

Give the Gift Of Choice

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of FriendGiftr. All opinions are 100% mine.
I always have the hardest time when it comes to picking out gifts for people.  I know what I like, but I always second guess myself when it comes to buying something for someone else.  This is especially true for the men in my life.  I live with my husband, but it so hard to go into a store and pick out a gift that I know he would love.  Most of the time he ends up picking out his own gift.

I was really excited when I heard about FriendGiftr.  This is a really cool website where you can but gift cards for all the people in your life who are hard to buy for.   The best part is that you don't have to stress out trying to find the right gift card, because if the person you give it to would rather have a gift card to another store, they can exchange it, free of charge.  They can even split the amount up onto to several different cards.
There are so many different gift cards to choose from, too.  I would choose the Barnes & Noble gift cards, and I know for a fact that Junior would pick the Bass Pro Shops card.  This works out well, though.  We can sit on the shore, and while he fishes, I can read.

It is easy to buy the cards, too.  You can use their website, you can find them on Facebook, or you can use your iPhone, BlackBerry, or Android to place an order.  Remember them the next time you need to get a gift for the person who already has it all.
