Busy As A Bee

This weekend is going to be a busy one.This morning, we are taking the kids to go watch the Christmas Parade. Brandi has never been to one, and has been bugging me for a while now, so today is the day. I'm not that excited though. It's cold outside, and hubby wants ti leave by 7:30. The parade starts at 10! His plan is to sit in Hardee's for breakfast, killing time. The parade will pass by there, so eventually, we'll just walk out to the street and watch. I have a feeling many other people have thought of this as well, and it's still going to be crowded. Ug, the things we do for our kids!This afternoon we are going to my moms for supper, and to help decorate her tree. She's making taco salad ~yummy~ and colleen will be there with carson. I'm sure she will spend the evening talking about the concert, but that's okay. Revenge works best when it's least expected! One day, when she has forgotten all about it, I'll get her. I'll get her good!Tomorrow the in-laws are coming over to celebrate boo's birthday. Hubby didn't want to invite them to her real party, because his dad had another stroke a few weeks ago, and is very unpredictable. This is like the 5th or 6th one he's had, and his personality has changed so drastically. He can be downright nasty sometimes, but not really realize it. He is also overly emotional, so hubby thought it best to have him and his sister over separately. Besides, nicole and hubby's sister hate each other, so that wouldn't have been a good thing either. I still need to make the cake, but it's going to be a simple one, so I can do it in the morning.So that's a look into my weekend. Hopefully I won't forget my camera, and I'll have lots of pictures to share. I know you're all looking forward to more pictures, but I'm a mom, and I love the kiddo's, so I will post their beautiful faces constantly! hehehe...that's my right!Okay, I need to get showered before hubby drags himself home from work.
