Family Business

Raised by parents who instilled in him the importance of family, great food, and hospitality, Hector Kabande now sits on the board of directors of Grupo Lucerna. His father started this company with a single upscale hotel in 1966, and his mother, Maria Teresa C. De Kabande also sits on the board. Hector Kabande is also in charge of hotel development and operations for all Lucerna Hotels. Hospitality is a major factor in the Kabande family business.
