My Dream Kitchen

I have dreams. Simple dreams. A healthy family. A happy home. A beautiful, modern kitchen. I want all new appliances. Even though my stove and refrigerator are fairly new, I would love to get stainless ones. I would prefer the ones that don't show fingerprints, but I'm not too picky. The stove would be huge. Six burners, with a griddle. You know, like the ones on all those cooking shows. It would need a huge oven, because we all know I just love to bake. Of course I would need new stainless sinks to match my new appliances. I would love to have tons of cabinet space. The cabinets themselves would be white, with black metal pulls. The counter tops would be black, maybe a marble swirl. I would have beautiful tile behind the stove and sink. I think a black and white checkerboard pattern to match my new black and white tiled floor. A center island is a must. No matter where I live, I never have enough counter space. The island needs to be high enough for bar stools, so the kiddos have a place to eat all those messy snacks they love. Of course, once I have my new kitchen, we would have to start on the rest of the house. Maybe one day I will share my plans for the perfect bathroom.
