Don't you just love this shot? It was taken about thirty seconds before Brandi started screaming that the ducks were going to get her. She had a complete meltdown, and Kasi had to take her back to Junior, who was waiting across the field. These ducks love to eat right out of your hand, and they started swarming Boo because she had a lot of bread. I hate birds, ducks, geese, any feathered fiend. We take our boy to feed the ducks pretty regularly and I about have a panic attack every time.
Very cute picture! I know the feeling though about being swarmed by hungry animals--at the deer park we went to on our honeymoon, they gave us food for the deer and they all came charging over at us. It was funny! I said, "Gerard, what are we going to do?" We fed the deer! Didn't know you had a picture blog too--heading over now.
Awww the poor little monkey! They would have scared me too! My great aunt has geese and they are MEAN!
I love this shot, so innocent. I think those ducks can get as viscious as the geese in our parks. They get spoiled and agressive, and will attack for food.
