Prenatal Chewables

I have two pregnant sisters, Tami and Colleen. This is Tami's fourth pregnancy, and Colleen's second. This time around, they both experienced morning sickness, although neither had it in the morning. Tami's lasted all day, and Colleen was getting nauseous at night. They both told me that taking their prenatal vitamins made them feel worse. Luckily, they are both past their first trimester, and they are feeling better.

I have to remember to tell them about a different kind of prenatal vitamin that I heard about. It's a chewable vitamin, and it is not supposed to make a pregnant woman nauseous. These vitamins have the same nutrients as other prenatal vitamins, like DHA/EPA, folic acid, vitamin D, and lutein. They have a mild citrus ginger flavor, making them taste all yummy. I think my sisters, and all pregnant women, might enjoy trying something new.
