Vacationing In Branson, Missouri

There are so many things for families to do in Branson, Missouri. Staying at the Hilton Promenade at Branson Landing we would be surrounded by restaurants, theaters, and boutiques, not to mention theme parks and museums. I would love to do all these things with the kids, but I'm not too sure that Junior would share in my enthusiasm. I wish he was a golfer, because then he could enjoy a day at Payne Stewart Golf Club. This is an 18 hole tribute course, dedicated to golf legend Payne Stewart. The clubhouse has Payne Stewart memorabilia on display, and the Many Faces of Payne sports bar has images of Stewart's personal and professional life on display. This sounds like a golfer's paradise. I am sure my dad would enjoy spending time here, but I'm not so sure about my husband. He is more of a fishing pole and bait kind of guy. Luckily, Branson also has lakes where he can go fish.

Staying at the Hilton Branson Convention Center Hotel is also an option, and this hotel is across the street from the Promenade. Both hotels have a pool, which is a must for my family. I am thinking a week long stay would be long enough for us to take in all that Branson has to offer.

Or maybe we should make it two weeks.
