Adopting A Kitten

Ever since we had to put our cat, Oliver, to sleep last year, I have been looking for another that looks like he did, because he was absolutely beautiful. We have looked in the papers with no luck, basically because they don't put pictures in the ads. A friend told me about Petango.com - Adopt a cat!, so I decided to take a look this morning.

Check out the kitten I found. It looks exactly like Ollie did as a kitten. This is a female named Noodle, and she is in a shelter about 45 minutes from here. I wish we could have pets here, because I would go get her right now. But, we will have to wait until we move, and hopefully it will be somewhere that allows pets.

Petango.com - Adopt a cat! allows you to put in your zip code, and then how far you are willing to travel to find the perfect pet. You have options for age, color, gender, and even breed. The only thing that bothers me is that I want to bring every cat home with me. They are all adorable. It breaks my heart that there are so many unwanted pets in this world, and I wish I could take every one of them in and take care of them, but I know that is impossible. I will just have to settle for loving one little baby, and hopefully we will live somewhere that that will be possible.

For now, I will just love the two boys we have outside.
