Meet Jacob.Jacob is four years old, and he has a life threatening illness.
Jacob wants to go to Disneyland with his family.

For each tweet from now until November 27, 2009, LeapFish will donate 5 cents towards their goal of $10,000, which is enough to grant Jacob's wish.
As a mother, I pray every day that my children remain healthy. I do not know what the future holds for my child, and I hope they never have to face a terminal illness. I do know of a local family who had a wish granted through Make A Wish. Unfortunately, their son died a couple of years later. Going on their Make A Wish trip allowed them to forget about the illness for a while and focus on spending time as a family. I am sure those memories are cherished.

My prayers and well wished goes out to Jacob and his family. I wish them well. I also applaud you for bringing this to our attention. As parents we know the dreams and desires we have for our children and feel deeply for the sufferings and pain for all children.
