Going Green

I have been trying to cook better foods for me and the kids, choosing organic whenever I can.  I had no idea that there are green products I can use to prepare my foods, which help the environment.  Check out this cork cutting board and serving tray:

I really want them! (hint for whoever is looking to buy me something for Christmas!) I love the puzzle serving tray, which can be taken apart and used as individual serving plates.  The kids would like it, too.  It's unique, and will make eating a little more fun.
