Kasi

I am so proud of my child. It is almost time for first report cards, and she has straight A's. This is her first year with all different teachers, and she is doing great. Last week she asked if she could run for student council. All her teachers signed her request, saying she would be perfect. It was up to me, and of course I said yes. Yesterday she came home and said she is running for secretary, against three other kids. Last night she sat with brandi and they made fliers for her to hand out at school, asking for votes. I really hope she gets elected. If she doesn't, I hope she isn't too disappointed. Either way, I am extremely proud of her!!!

I love the pic at the top. How cute! Tell your daughter good-luck with the campaign. That is a big task to take on .

wow!! That is great news!! i'm also so proud of her!! That is a HUGE deal... it is hard to transition to having a bunch of differnt teachers from having only one... some kids just don't do well with it... others like Kasi just flourish!! :)

I'm really proud of her for taking the step to run for student council!! That is awesome! I always thought about but never had the nerve to run!! :) I bet she would do great with it... I wish her all the luck... although I'm sure she doesn't need any. :)
