Still Pooping

I asked a few days ago for help dealing with my kitten pooping in my plant. While I was given some great ideas, hubby insisted we try his way first. (you know how men are) He had me put garlic in the soil. I hear you snickering.....well, it worked! And as a bonus, my hallway smells like an Italian restaurant!

This morning, we went food shopping. When we got home, the smell of poop was in our living room. Yup...found it behind the couch. I know I can not put garlic all over my carpet, so now I need to know how to get her from pooping there.

I tried changing her litter more frequently, and the funniest thing happened. She attacked it! you know how they crouch down and pounce? That's what she did for like 20 minutes! I think she might be inbred and crazy or something!

Pooping in a plant makes sense, cats like to dig. But carpet? pouncing a litter box?

Maybe the litter box is haunted. I have no idea why something like that would happen. Usually cats are extremely easy to potty train.

If you ever do get it solved I hope you post about it, your've definitely sparked my curiosity.

Oh, and pictures of a cute little kittle pouncing on a litter box, definitely take some and post! :)

I would try a different kind of litter. We use the clumping kind and never had such a problem with our cats.

lol.

i can't get over the title. it has me cracking up. i had no idea what you were refering to before i read it so it was pretty funny to me. :) i know i'm a dork. :D

it isn't like you see her doing it... or do you... b/c if you do you could always try a spray bottle to deter her from going back behind the couch.

cool that the garlic worked. but bad that she found a new spot. you might want to think about taking the garlic out of the plant... it is much easier to clean pooh from a plant than from a carpet.

okay... that advice doesn't really help i know. sorry.

maybe every now and then just take her to the litter box and set her in it... maybe she forgot. :S could give it a shot.

xoxoxox good luck.

PS thanks for all the LOVE yesterday!! you are so the BOMB!! :)
