i did an update on mr. t... things didn't go well and he is still feeling under the weather... i'm just sick of him being sick... i feel so bad that there isn't anything i can do to help him feel better or to not get sick in the first place.
well anyway... if i'm up bc of not being able to sleep... i'll be back around and maybe get to check out some more blogs...

Thanks for dropping by Miller Manor this week. You asked about my diet, and I am doing the Simeon's protocol (can be found online search for hcg or Simeon's Protocol.) I am also doing other things, Jordan Rubin's Perfect Weight America, and in general just really healthy whole natural organic foods. It's been a journey of about two and a half years, but I am finally taking off the "baby fat" from my last child--who will be 23 next month!

I visit some of these regularly also dropping and reading.
Of course I haven't ben able to do drops in well over a week now....but, I am hoping that all is fixed now.
I also have to add that I ordered some soap from Spotted Cow soaps and I just love it!!
I am going to order from her for Christmas baskets next year!!
