I took Kasi to the doctor, and he said her burn looks great. No signs of infection...we are keeping it clean...it should start to heal soon. We need to keep it covered still, especially when she goes back to school next week. She's a trooper. She never complains that it hurts, and only asks for pain medicine at night, after I clean it. The doctor said it's going to take a while for it to fully heal, but we are on the right track.

Oh my Jenn, I was reading your blog from work last night and Kasi's arm looks so painful. What a trooper! Hope she is feeling better and her arm heals in no time. Looks like everyone had a great trip before the accident.

thank god. she is doing good and healing up. infection is the worst part of a burn after it happens and the pain of course so that is GREAT news!! she is so beautiful in this pic.
and really what a trooper. i can only imagine how a burn that size must hurt. wow. she is a toughin' muffin'. lol send her all our best. and lots of love!! xoxoox
