Last week, I was not feeling like myself. My stomach was upset most of the week, and I didn't go to the gym at all, except for Monday. I think I might be feeling a little run down now that the weather is getting hotter. I forgot how draining it is to drive in the heat all day long. Now that you know my reasons for needing a vacation, tell me yours. Are you stressed from work? Are the kids driving you crazy? (Did I mention they also have several summer camp options for kids? Would it be bad for me to send my kids to camp while I enjoyed time around the pool or dipping my feet in the ocean by myself?) Do you just need to get away?
